Ourt clients are a National Maintenance provider covering all aspects of building services and maintenance for a multitude of corporate, government, local authority and retail clients.
Their current needs are for a contracts manager to handle mobile contracts covering all aspects of maintenance including Mechanical, electrical, conbustion, fabric and administration.
Duties of the role will include orgainisation of workforce from engineers to helpdesk and administration
Client meetings and tender negotiations for nes and existing contracts
Internal meetings on budgets and other management statistics
Recruitment including interviews and offers to new staff and appraisals for existing staff
The successful applicant will have a proven tract record within the building services* maintenance arena with a minimum of 3 yrs experience in a similar role.
Will be available to travel to various contracts around the south*southeast including London
Have a full drivers license
Must be client facing as a large proportion of this role will be to deal with and be the customer facing liaison
Reporting will be to the National Mobile Contracts Manager
This role will be based from home and offices in Hampshire
Remuneration will include:
Salary circa Ј32,000 to Ј35,000
